Participants will learn to free up the mind, body, and voice, before applying simple but effective techniques that transform thoughts, words, and general observations into well structured songs that express who they are as individuals. Workshops for teens and adults available upon request. Participants or parents who play an instrument are welcome to bring it along to the workshops. Workshop Leader Anna Neaphyte is a singer, songwriter, and performance artist with a BA in theatre from SUNY Geneseo.
