Description: This workshop will provide participants with practical information for distressing and bringing more balance to their lives. The goal of the workshop is to help attendees learn to deal with daily challenges, communicate with difficult people, and manage relationships for more positive outcomes. Topics include nutritional tips on foods to avoid that can actually increase stress, simple breathing techniques that can lower stress levels in only a few minutes, exercises and stretches that ease tension and improve sleep, and facts that medical doctors don’t want you to know about anxiety medications.
