As part of the Quilt Lecture series, widely recognized American quilt expert, Robert Shaw, talks about quilts as art, and describes how the art quilt movement and the boundaries of traditional quilt-making have expanded and overlapped in the last decade. Shaw is a former curator at the Shelburne Museum (VT), and has curated exhibitions at major American museums, including the National Gallery of Art and the Smithsonian Institution.
