Add to Calendar 27-04-2013 27-04-2013 15 Arbor Day Activity: Garlic Mustard Pull Help with the removal of Garlic Mustard from the Nature Preserve, a non-native invasive plant that is harmful to the native plant and wildflower populations. Learn how to identify native and non-native plants plus important removal techniques. Garlic Mustard is not difficult to remove so young children are more than welcome to help out. Volunteers are welcome throughout the day. Bring work or garden gloves, any clippers available, wear sneakers, socks, light colored clothing, long pants, bring a bag lunch and water if desired. Light snacks and water will be provided.
