Enjoy star-related activities and demonstrations, where kids can make constellations on sun print paper and learn about rockets and flight. Kids can even explore the sun using solar telescopes. David Cohn of the Educational Projects Network will lead a hands-on workshop to safely explore the Sun using a variety of telescopes. You'll see sunspots, solar prominences, filaments and numerous other dynamic features of the Sun in real-time by direct observation. Activities are free with NYSCI admission.
