Concertmaster Byung-Kook Kwak and his daughter, Christine Kwak, are the soloists for Mozart's Sinfonia Concertante K. 364 in E-flat Major. Beethoven’s Symphony #2 rounds out the concert. At the time of composition Beethoven’s deafness was getting worse ad was already affecting his state of mind. Some believe that the poetic content of this symphony consists of Beethoven's "wrestling with fate." However, just as many believe that the cheerful nature of the work is more accurately interpreted as Beethoven's emphatic inner victory over despair. http://www.nymetroparents.com/2015neweventinfo.cfm?id=104683 Saunders Trade High School true DD/MM/YYYY
