Venue Description: The Brooklyn Lyceum is a multipurpose arts venue and cultural center in Park Slope with a theater, gymnasium, and café. This public-bath-turned-art space reopened in 2002, and hosts lectures, discussions, classes, art exhibits, concerts, performances, other live entertainment, and also offers sports and recreation.

The family-friendly venue's main space is a 3,600-square-foot brick-lined theater, with folding chairs for performances. Kids' activities include classes and camps involving music, art, theater, and performance. The theater acts as a cinema and shows kid-friendly films. In its gymnasium space, the venue offers sports and recreational opportunities for all ages throughout the year. The Lyceum also hosts several festivals, including the annual New Yorker Festival.
