This year is that case. Second only to the St. Patrick's Day parade in New York City, the Pearl River parade attracted some 100,000 spectators last year who came out to see more than 20 marching bands, more than half a dozen dance schools, fire officials, police officials, and of course elected officials at this major Rockland County celebration.
