This film inaugurates the second year of collaborative programming with the Architecture and Design Film Festival. Jake Gorst's film Modern Tide takes viewers through the history of the modernist housing boom that took place on Long Island, NY in the period between the Great Depression of the 1970's, and highlights the importance of architectural preservation.
