Add to Calendar 01-06-2013 31-10-2013 15 Go Sailing Tribeca Sailing offers two-hour sailing adventures from Tribeca, NY, to the sights of lower Manhattan including the Statue of Liberty. Seven days a week, the sailboat TARA will leave the dock at Pier 25 inside the Hudson River Park maximum 6 passengers. TARA will sail past the Freedom Tower, Battery Park, Governors Island and Ellis Island, while ending with a close-up view of our majestic lady in the harbor, the Statue of Liberty. The Captain is sure to provide some colorful history along the way. Families may actively participate in manning the sails or sit back and enjoy their personal cruise. Either way, they will enjoy the spaciousness of the cockpit, the luxury of the teak-laden cabin, and the ease of maneuvering around the tremendously stable 35' custom-built Hinckley sailboat. Sails are limited to 6 passengers (ages 7 and older). The website contains the sailing schedule and TARA is also available for private events. Pier 25 is a short walk up the Hudson River Park's promenade from the Path, Subway, Ferry Terminal, or any of the downtown hotels. TSNYC is a new business created with customer service as a priority for success. The owner and captain has over 30 years of sailing experience and is fully certified by the United States Coast Guard. As resident of Battery Park City, his goal is to service the community and help promote local businesses, as customers are sure to leave the sail looking for refreshments and entertainment. http://www.nymetroparents.com/2015neweventinfo.cfm?id=139974 Tribeca Sailing NYC true DD/MM/YYYY
