Michael Robin, a certified self-defense instructor, leads a fun and informative program on tips and techniques to prevent you from becoming a "target." He has taught at the United Nations and on television and worked with groups ranging from Brownie troops to giant corporations. This unique program is based on Michael's 15 years of listening to teenagers' first-hand accounts of what works and what doesn't. You'll learn what to look and listen for, how to project confidence, and when to use your voice or move your feet. Recommended for high school students and recent high school graduates.
