What is "the Plan" for our region, and how will Westchester be involved and affected? Thomas Madden, commissioner of community development and conservation for the Town of Greenburgh and co-chair of the Mid-Hudson Regional Planning Consortium, presents an overview of our regional Sustainability Plan and discusses projected implementation through the region. Program presented in partnership with the Sierra Club Lower Hudson Group; designed for adults and high school students.
