The YWCA is committed to women’s health and fitness. Our Fitness Center has everything you need for a complete workout, including a trainer! Get fit with weight resistance, swimming, treadmills, stair climbers, Lifecycles, and weight-training equipment. Over 25 hours a week of classes and many open swim hours are offered. Ongoing seminars provide information on a variety of personal enrichment and women’s and health issues. Members can register for drop-in childcare and playtime for babies and toddlers, ages six weeks to five years; reservation required.
