The Holistic Moms Network of Fairfield County is a nonprofit organization that operates on a national level. Its members consist of parents (yes, dads too) who are interested in a holistic life and green living. The group offers monthly events for parents, including yoga and meditation as well playgroups for children. Monthly meetings are held the second Wednesday of each month.

Mom Gets a Life was founded by Patty Lennon to make the benefits of high-end life coaching accessible and affordable for all moms. The group’s mission is for all mothers to fall in love with life as much as they have with their children. The group provides opportunities for mothers to reconnect with their lives by relaxing and reinventing. It sponsors Mom’s Nights Out and conferences, including a “Mom Gets A Business” conference.

 

MOMS Club of Danbury East

Moms Offering Moms Support, or simply MOMS, is an international support group. The Danbury East chapter is for moms and their children of all ages. The group sponsors fundraisers and community driven events for moms to get together and offer parenting support to each other. The group has Moms Night Out, plus activities and trips to amusement parks and Lake Compounce in Bristol.

The MOMS Club of Fairfield South is a chapter of the International MOMS Club, a nonprofit organization for at-home mothers and their children. The Fairfield chapter serves families in Fairfield and Southport whose children attend or will attend Mill Hill, Sherman, Dwight, and McKinley elementary schools. The group offers a variety of weekly activities for at-home mothers and their children and also organizes weekly playgroups. In addition to daytime activities, members enjoy quality “adult time” during the club’s monthly Moms Night Out and book club events.
