Get more information about learning problems from the Coordinated Campaign for Learning Disabilities. This is a coalition of six national learning disability organizations, which seeks to educate parents to recognize the early signs of learning disabilities and to seek help before their child's school work and self-esteem are affected. Call (888) GR8-MIND for a free brochure listing strategies and providing resources. The campaign's website, www.ldonline.org, includes in-depth information about learning disabilities and a guide to finding help.
