Dale Lewis recently celebrated 26 years as Executive Director of the Usdan Center. Since becoming Director, new programs have been introduced in Video and Media Arts, Cartooning, Jazz Studies, Chamber Music, Writing, Chess, and Jazz and Tap dance. New buildings include Usdan’s Video Arts Center, Chess Center, and a state-of-the-art 1,000-seat amphitheater. Mr. Lewis has presented scores of great artists at Usdan, including Emanuel Ax, James Galway, Yo Yo Ma, Canadian Brass, NY City Ballet, and stars of the Broadway stage.
