Belle Arti Center for the Arts to Offer Saxophone and Woodwinds Classes

Belle Arti Center for the Arts will be offering saxophone and woodwinds classes that will start in September of this year.

This Queens arts center located in Forrest Hills is primarily a music school but also offers various art classes including visual arts classes, one of which is taught by an artist who works for Marvel comic books.

The school also offers Early Bird Rock, which is a music class for children ages 6 months-3, designed to engage children through musical games and rhythmic exercises. Musical Aurora is for children ages 2-5,and is the first class where students are given the opportunity to have hands-on instrument experience with acces to pianos, violins, guitars, and cellos. Leaping Larks is a pre-nursery program for children and their caregivers to learn, play, and promote creativity.

Other programs include the Rock Band program for musicians who want to learn about working musically with other students, and the Canto de las Americas program for vocal technique training along with other performance skills.
