Disney Cruise Line Announces Bermuda and Quebec City Trips Out of NYC

Good news Disney fans! Disney Cruise Line has announced that it will be sailing to both Bermuda and Quebec City for the first time in fall 2018, leaving from New York City aboard the Disney Magic cruise ship.

The five- and six-night Bermuda trips will leave New York City and stop in King’s Wharf for two to three days, giving families plenty of time for fun in the sun on one of the island’s pristine beaches. The 2018 dates for the five-night cruises departing NYC are Oct. 4, 19, 24, and 29, while the six-night cruise leaves on Oct. 13.

For families looking for a more international experience, there is Quebec City, Canada (which can make you feel like you’ve been transported to Europe without the six-hour flight). There will be two seven-night voyages aboard Disney Magic between New York and Quebec City, stopping in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and the Canadian ports of Saguenay and Baie-Comeau—both firsts for Disney. The cruise departing NYC will leave Sept. 20, 2018, and there will also be one embarking from Quebec City on Sept. 27, 2018.

In addition to its Bermuda and Quebec City cruises, Disney Magic will also take a special trip from New York to Port Canaveral, Florida in late 2018 with three seven-night cruises, which will include one-day Park Hopper passes to Walt Disney World so can passengers can visit all of the resort’s parks during their whirlwind visit (round-trip transportation between the ship and the parks is also included). There will also be a stop at Disney’s private island in the Bahamas, Castaway Cay.

The 1,754-passenger Disney Magic features spacious guest rooms and gourmet dining, as well as lightshows and fireworks at sea. The ship also includes adults-only hotspots, live entertainment for all ages, and free babysitting for the kids.

Interested in a trip? Get ready: These Disney Cruise Line bookings open to the public on May 18. Bon Voyage!
