Rainbow Child Development Center Adds Summer Camps

Rainbow Child Development Center, an educational child care center with locations across Queens, has added summer camps and a violin program to its offerings.

The summer camps, for children ages 4-6, will be held at Rainbow Child Development Center locations in Flushing, Fresh Meadows, and Little Neck from July 3-Aug. 25.

“The kids in the summer program will enjoy engaging and entertaining day trips, learn valuable academic and life-readiness skills, and engage their creative side by participating in the arts and music,” says Christine Ye, Rainbow Child Development Center director.

The violin program, for ages 3½ and older, started at Flushing locations in March, and will expand to other Rainbow Child Development Centers in the fall.

The educational child care center is also planning an informative Q-and-A session in June for parents interested in getting their 4-year-old children prepared for the NYC Gifted and Talented exam.

Rainbow Child Development Center aims to provide local Queens families with top-notch, affordable, and dedicated child care as well as educational services for newborns to 6-year-olds. It is committed to providing safe, secure, stimulating, caring, and developmentally-appropriate environments for young children to promote their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.

Rainbow Child Development Center was honored to be selected as a Showcase School by the NYC Department of Education for early childhood excellence. It has plans to open a center in Long Island City this December.
