SciTech Kids, a destination for math and science lovers, has recently extended its curriculum to offer more engineering-based classes. The programs at SciTech Kids draw on math, history, geography, music, and language arts. Classes are available for children ages 3 to 12 and are grouped according to age. SciTech Kids aims to help children learn science and math skills in hands-on and fun ways. Classes often incorporate art materials, such as cotton balls and coloring utensils, to enhance a child’s learning experience.

SciTech Kids offers a variety of class themes, including air and water, art and design, electronics, robots, and the human body. A team of scientists, researchers, and educators develops the class curriculum. Educators with experience in science and mathematics teach classes. Assignments are project-based and allow children to learn science by using their creativity. Global-warming, climate, and the human body are among many scientific topics explored in the classes.

Children can also dress in lab coats and learn science skills while celebrating their birthday at SciTech Kids. Parties feature themes including the “Mad Scientist Party” and the “Slime Goo Party.” Party packages include invitations, goodie bags and hand-on science activities.
