For young adventurers, many camps in Westchester County offer travel and day trip opportunities to locations such as sporng events, amusement parks, beaches, indoor play spaces, parks, bowling alleys, arcades, museums, planetariums, aquariums, and zoos in the area. Some summer camps even offer travel-specific programs in which kids go on a multi-day adventure with counselors! Mosholu campers enjoy day trips throughout the area—two trips a summer in second grade; two trips each week in third and fourth grades; three trips each week in fifth and sixth grades, and a three-day trip for seventh through 10th grades. Trips include ball games, adventures, and amusement parks.
