The Very Hungry Caterpillar Show Moves to Larger Theater

The Very Hungry Caterpillar Show is moving to a larger theater and will be releasing a new block of tickets.

According to a press release, starting June 11, the show will be moving to a larger theater on Manhattan’s Theatre Row. The show orginally premiered at the 47th Street Theater and because of the high demand for tickets the show is taking up residency at the larger Theatre Row Theatres (410 West 42nd Street).

This is the show’s second extension since it opened in January. It was also recently nominated for a Drama Desk Award and and Off-Broadway Alliance Award.

The show also announced the dates for its upcoming Autism Friendly shows (Friday, July 8 & September 9 at 11am); and Spanish Language shows (Saturday, August 13 & October 8 at 2pm).

“We are thrilled that our show was so well-received by the critics and audiences alike. I am excited to be able to add a new block of tickets in a larger theatre this June to accommodate the overwhelming response,” says the show’s creator, Jonathan Rockefeller.

Tickets are normally $49.75-$67.25, but with the code: TRCITY, you can get a discounted rate of $29.75.
