Give more than just Halloween candy this holiday season by giving back to the community and volunteering at Spirit Halloween's Spirit of Children parties at hospitals in and around the New York City area.
This Halloween season, help your children remember that it's more about the treats than the tricks, and give back to the community with Spirit of Children, Spirit Halloween's philanthropic effort, which has raised more than $16 million for hospitals and pediatric care since 2006.
On October 15 and 16, join the Power Rangers; Spookley the Square Pumpkin; volunteers from local Spirit Halloween stores; and patients and families at Children of Bellevue at Bellevue Hospital, Maimonides Infants & Children’s Hospital of Brooklyn, St. Mary’s Healthcare System for Children, and the Children’s Medical Center at Winthrop-University Hospital to celebrate the season and raise both spirits and money for pediatric care. There will be costumes, games, and crafts for kids of all ages.

About Spirit of Children
The Spirit of Children, Spirit Halloween's philanthropic program, focuses on making hospitals less scary for kids and their families. Since its inception in 2006, Spirit of Children has brought smiles, laughter and a much needed escape to thousands of pediatric patients in 130 hospitals across the United States and Canada. One hundred percent of the money collected each year is given directly to the local Child Life Departments at partner hospitals. Spirit encourages customers to head to their local Spirit Halloween store or visit online to make a difference in a child’s life today.
