This educational card deck is great for all kids who want to find calm, build strength, and practice balance.

Yoga Deck for Kids on the Ball

Each card in this activity yoga deck, developed by physical therapist and mom Ilana Danneman, shows mascot “Herbert” doing a specific pose ranging from “Flying Instructor” to “Tree”; the elements of the pose (balance, calm, social, strength and/or stretch); as well as detailed instructions.

The 44 colorfully illustrated poses—designed for kids with varying abilities—help with flexibility, postural control, increased attention and focus, listening skills, and more.
