BEHIND THE BUSINESS
The Music Conservatory of Westchester offers young children's classes in group piano as well as Suzuki violin and cello for children 3 and 1/2 years and older. Our music skills class helps children develop a foundation of basic musical abilities through enjoyable activities and musical games. Older children can take music theory classes and private lessons in all instruments and voice as well as perform in one of our many ensembles. We also offer musical theatre classes for children and teens. Our Music Therapy Institute works with children with special needs. Summer is fast approaching! The Conservatory offers summer programs including Summer Theatre Workshop, Music and Art Enrichment and Summer Vocal Performance Academy. Call the Conservatory or visit our website.

HOLIDAY GIFT GUIDE
We offer classes in music instruction and theater for all ages and levels of ability. Private and group instruction is available in a range of instruments as well as voice.

The Conservatory offers Suzuki Violin, Group Piano and Music Skills. "In addition to an increase in self-esteem, studies have shown that music lessons enhance academic achievement, especially in math and science. Our classes for young children are extremely popular, and I am happy to announce we’ll soon be offering classes in Suzuki cello and beginning guitar for both pre-K and early-elementary children," says Sarah Wetherbee, who administers the Conservatory's Early Childhood Program. A dedicated educator and clinician, she also teaches Suzuki violin at the conservatory.
