Enhancing lives, one Child at a time If your child is between the ages of birth to five and you suspect a developmental delay in your child?s physical, cognitive, language, and/or emotional development, your child may be eligible to receive services at no out of pocket cost to you; we will help you initiate the process. For over 12 years Bilinguals Inc. has offered a variety of home based multilingual evaluations and services.We have a team of clinicians which provide therapeutic services for a range of disabilities including: Autism/PDD spectrum, Down syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation and developmental delay/disabilities.Our team consists of fully certified and/or licensed professionals that specialize in Speech Therapy, Special Education, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Parent Training, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychological Counseling, Social Work, and Service coordination in all 5 boroughs. Early intervention evaluations and services are only available through authorization by EIP.All children under age three must be referred to the appropriate regional office of the EIP.
