  THE INTERNATIONALLY ACCLAIMED ATLANTIC ACTING SCHOOL HAS HELPED ASPIRING ACTORS FULFILL THEIR DREAMS FOR 20 YEARS. Founded by David Mamet and William H. Macy, the Atlantic has the only conservatory program in the world that offers in-depth training in Mamet and Macy's unique and influential approach to the acting profession:  Practical Aesthetics. 

Operating as a private conservatory and an undergraduate program in conjunction with New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, Atlantic fosters new generations of theater artists and audiences by creating student ensembles that allow emerging actors to hone their craft in a safe yet challenging environment.  Atlantic Alumni and faculty can be seen in films, television and theaters worldwide.  They include such notable actors as: Felicity Huffman, William H. Macy, Kristen Johnston, Jessica Alba, Matthew Fox, Jason Ritter, Eddie Cahill, Rose Byrne, Chris Bauer, Bryan Greenberg, Mary Steenburgen, Giancarlo Esposito, Clark Gregg, Camryn Manheim, Skeet Ulrich, heather Burns and Siobhan Fallon.  Drawing on professional theater artists and educators, the school offers an exciting, rigorous training program.     

A MUST FOR ANY YOUNG PERFORMER LOOKING FOR AN OUTLET FOR CREATIVE EXPRESSION!!  ATLANTIC PROGRAMS for KIDS/TEENS offer a great introduction to storytelling, writing, acting and improvisation.  The young children will create stories through creative play and improvisational exercises while older children will be introduced to the Atlantic Technique called Practical Aesthetics.

BACK TO SCHOOL
Atlantic for Kids Afterschool Program is a great introduction to storytelling, writing, acting and improvisation. By creating stories through creative play and utilizing their uniqueness to develop characters, the children are inspired to get to know the different aspects of their individual personalities and those in the world around them. Young actors and teens are introduced to the Atlantic technique, called Practical Aesthetics. All classes feature a performance during their final class.
