Think of Mini Chef as culinary recess for kids. A place where children become chefs for the day as they learn how to make delicious food while having fun. Cooking Classes: Food, family, and fun. These are the ingredients for Mini Chef Cooking Classes, culinary workshops held each weekend at select restaurants in New York City. Each Mini Chef Cooking Class is 60 minutes long and is taught by a trained chef in a fun, kid-friendly way. Past classes have included: dim sum, empanadas, truffles, and brioche.
