All of our programs are designed for different age groups 18 months to 3 1/2 years old:
It's a full gymnastics program geared down to a toddlers
level of learning and made fun with a variety of learning set-ups. Children 3 to 5 years old:
It's a full gymnastics program where, in a small class setting
(6:1 student/instructor ratio), the children develop strength &
self-confidence while learning basic gymnastics Children 5 to16 years old: Class ranges from the total beginner to the advance tumbler.
Children are evaluated and placed with children about the same age
and ability with a 6:1 student/instructor ratio. Adult Programs: We are now offering a variety of adult programs, including body sculpting classes and gymnastics.
BIRTHDAY PARTIES
The birthday child flies like Peter Pan at Flips (over the trampoline in a spotting belt). Party guests run through a series of events, jumping, tumbling and balancing their way through a program that's fun for all ages and abilities. Our deluxe party package includes one hour of gymnastics and half-hour in the party room, a slice of pizza, a juice box and cupcake, all paper goods, invitations, balloon bouquet and FLIPS party T-shirt for the birthday child. Kids must be 4 years old to participate.
