For over 35 years Paula has acted, directed, taught, coached and produced in New York City. She holds periodic Teen Master Classes in Kentucky at the long-standing Jenny Wiley Theater. Her philosophy is simple-"If you embrace a thing fully: heart, mind and dedication- you will achieve it". Her aim is to help the young actor understand what makes a character tick while having fun. Her invaluable experience and joy of teaching is reflected in the comments of some of her students:
