Stage Door has been serving the Community for over 33 years and we are once again opening our 2009-10 SEASON with a NEW and exciting schedule. In addition to the regular dance classes offered, we have added non-recital classes focusing on technique, leap & turn, and strength training through dance. So you see, we are offering a wide variety of programs, while still nurturing a warm, friendly & caring atmosphere.

The GOAL of Stage Door is to provide a healthy dance environment that allows our students to develop their skills while growing in confidence, poise and self-esteem. Our teachers are professionally trained and handpicked to teach in their style of dance. Our teachers have performed professionally around the world and have taught dance in college programs. All of our teachers are committed to the growth of each student.

Our students are award winning dancers. Our dance companies perform locally for charitable organizations and are always eager to be part of fundraisers in our community. We've performed in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in NYC and can be seen in local parades as well. Many of our graduates are professional dancers and can be seen as Rockette's, Broadway dancers, choreographers and professional sports team dancers. Some are pursuing dance as a career and others are here for their love of dance, fun and socialization.

BACK TO SCHOOL
After 33 years in the local Patchogue area, the Giattino’s have moved Stage Door into a bigger and better dance facility. The new 4,500 square foot studio has three large dance studios, sprung dance floors, three 42-inch screens for parent viewing, a large waiting area and a study space for students to do their homework. “Offering the finest dance education, in a STATE OF THE ART STUDIO,” is our goal. Whether it is for the recreational or the pre-professional dancer, all students are offered an opportunity to excel.
