If your child wants to learn to sew, we have just the place. Year round sewing lessons and classes for ages 5-55 in our sunny studio after school and Saturdays plus school breaks and summer sessions. Students can start on the sewing machine as young as age 7 (before that, hand sewing.) We begin with easy projects they bring home completed from each class. Gradually we build their skills until they're making dresses and more from patterns. Our small size classes allow each student the focus they deserve. We also offer a variety of fun sewing birthday parties. We encourage each student's natural creativity in fabric. They love saying "I created it myself!"

BACK TO SCHOOL

BIRTHDAY PARTIES
Our sewing parties teach how to make American Girl doll clothes, colorful decorated pillows, silly dolls, etc. Each child learns sewing basics and gets to bring home a finished project. At the Stuff-A-Plush party, they each get to choose one of our many cute animals, stuff it, decorate it's t-shirt, etc. At Plastercraft parties, they choose two pieces to paint and glitter plus craft a piece of their own and bring them all right home. Parties are held at our cheery Silvermine studio or brought to your own location.

OTHER RESOURCES
Cheery studio offers boutique birthday parties and sewing lessons. Sewing parties feature American Girl Doll outfits, pillows, backpacks, beading and knitting. Stuff-A-Plush: fill and decorate a stuffed animal and take it home. Plastercraft: paint 2 selections and take them home. Little Chef: create one food item, decorate a chef's hat and pasta necklace. You provide the guests, we do the rest including food and favors. We'll even bring the party to your location (house or club). Visit our website gallery.
