Goody Goody for Ghurka

Oh goody, goody, goody….just in time for Fashion Week, the fashion sales are starting! Soiffer Haskin is kicking off the week with three days (and three days only) of Ghurka sales (luggage, bags, accessories). Ghurka's goods are supposed to look like they were made a century or two ago by gifted master craftsmen …hand-cobbling exquisite leather goods perhaps for the British army's brigade of Ghurkas. At any rate, the leathergoods are, in fact, made quite handsomely, sturdily, and stylishly. And well worth their price at retail, so you can imagine what a steal they are when they're heavily discounted!
The sale starts on Wednesday, the 5th and goes through Friday, the 7th, daily from 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., at 317 W. 33rd St., (just west of 8th Ave). By now you should know the deal: No cash, credit cards only. No kids, no strollers…blah, blah, blah.
