Description: Zoo Hullabaloo, inspired by a traditional Yiddish folktale, takes place in an already crowded house when some zoo animals come to stay. Along the way, the main character Anna learns about friendship and gets some good advice from a very wise mayor.
Venue Description: The Brooklyn Children's Museum was the first museum created specifically for children. Founded in 1899, the museum's model of youth-oriented exhibitions sparked the creation of similar institutions around the globe, and today the Brooklyn Children's Museum continues as a premier institution for children, its walls overflowing with imagination and wonder-filled learning experiences. The exhibits feature hands-on activities, role-playing opportunities, authentic museum specimens and artifacts, and hundreds of new things to discover about the arts, culture, science, and the environment.
