Oasis Day Camp’s expansion in Brooklyn Heights will utilize Grace Church to provide more space for campers ages 3-15.

Oasis Day Camp, which has locations across the greater New York metro region, is welcoming families to its expansion in Brooklyn Heights. The summer camp will utilize Grace Church for space and continue to use the numerous Brooklyn Bridge Park playing fields and recreational facilities.

In addition to its longtime partnership with the Brooklyn Bridge Park Conservancy, Oasis Day Camp has revived its relationship with St. Francis College (just a five-minute walk from the church) to utilize the campus to provide an extensive amount of space for campers to participate in numerous activities.

The programs are divided into three categories: Early Start Imagination Camp (3- to 5- year-old pre-k campers), Day Camp (campers in first-sixth grades), and Teen Travel (campers going into seventh-ninth grades).

Each Oasis Day Camp location has a different theme every summer. In Brooklyn Heights it will be celebrations, during which campers will celebrate a different holiday each week, such as the Fourth of July, Halloween, Earth Day, and Valentine’s Day.

In addition to the holiday celebrations, campers can expect hands-on and inclusive activities, from crazy sock day to talent shows. “We build a culture that all children can feel comfortable in,” says Bernie Tessler, CEO of Oasis Day Camp.
