Family Take-A-Hike Week - Stamford Museum & Nature Center
Add to Calendar 17-04-2014 17-04-2014 15 Family Take-A-Hike Week Enjoy vernal pool and survival hikes, as well as a chance to help serve breakfast to the animals during the "Hay Hike on the Farm." New on the schedule this year is "Rainforest Rendezvous" featuring live animals from Animal Embassy, and "The Scoop on Scat and Signs," where you'll investigate animal tracks, scat, and other signs. Don't miss the annual Scavenger Hunt which goes "pirate" this year. Receive your own Take-A-Hike Week passport, collect stamps while attending different programs or by discovering the hidden stamp of the day. Collect stamps to earn a prize.
