Meet the Camp Director
Claude B. Meyers, a renowned expert on foster care, is the President and CEO of Abbott House. Since 2004, Meyers has steered the array of programs offered for children in need and individuals with developmental disabilities at the agency, including oversight of the Abbott House mentoring and volunteer initiatives. She began her prestigious career as a caseworker for New York City?s Administration for Children?s Services where she rose to Acting Commissioner in 1996. In her spare time, Meyers builds homes in impoverished countries.
