PANTHERS is now bringing back our successful fitness program for overweight kids. About one in three kids is overweight, making childhood obesity the No. 1 health concern for parents. Our program is designed for children ages 6-16 years, and includes fun and simple exercise routines in three one-hour classes per week, health and diet tips, and group support. For three hours a week, shut off the TV and video games and get your kids in shape! We also offer kickboxing and boot camp classes for adults.
