Ages 14 - 19
Spend you summer on stage in this four-week acting workshop for the serious young actor (ages 14 - 19). In addition to classes, all are cast in a fully staged play presented to the public in the renovated intimate 200-seat Shadow Box Theatre on the Queensborough campus. You study with working professionals in a variety of performing arts classes and rehearse the play each afternoon with a professional stage director. Take center stage in a four-week Performing Arts Camp for talented 9- to 19-year-olds. Professional quality close to home. Learn from working Broadway professionals like the Dance Captain from Billy Elliot with other talented students in your age group. Three Musical Theatre/Dance Companies by age & ability. Full day (Mon - Fri) includes classes such as acting, musical theatre/dance, voice, on-camera, improv, and more. Students perform in fully staged shows for the public. One of the best values in NYC!

Ages 14 - 19
One-week workshop and performance for advanced vocalists. Work with a professional director/performer such as Karen Mason on developing vocal skills and performance. Includes classes and audition training. Great preparation for those auditioning for performing arts colleges and conservatories. Public performances in the intimate Shadowbox Theatre on the QCC campus. Mon. - Fri. with weekend performances.
