Founded in 1897, and three times designated a National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence, The Ursuline School is a private, Catholic college preparatory for girls, grades 6-12. College acceptances and scholarships are impressive. A diverse student body and a rigorous curriculum, including honors and AP courses in every subject, and six modern and classical languages enrich education. The school has state-of-the-art facilities, and a strong commitment to science, technology and the arts. Meet the Camp Director
Eileen Davison is the first lay principal in the 112 year history of The Ursuline School. She has developed state-of-art programs that enable Ursuline to maintain its position as one of the area?s leading educators of young women. She co-founded the Peer Mediation program, initiated a course in Authentic Science Research under sponsorship of the National Science Foundation, and initiated a chapter of the international Teenangels Program to promote cyber safety among young internet users. Mrs. Davidson is deeply committed to the Ursuline values of education promoted for centuries.
