Description: A yoga class for new moms and their babies ages 1 month to 1 year. Ease back in physical activity and replenish your energy to meet the demands of being a new mom. This class devotes particular attention to shoulder/chest openers, back strengtheners, abdominal and pelvic floor rehab. Moms will include their infants in the yoga postures, but are welcome to come alone.
