SPECIAL PARENT - RECREATION/SOCIALIZATION PROGRAMS
Kicking The Spectrum is a martial arts-inspired program, teaching and motivating individuals with special needs, ages 3 to adult. Our fun-filled environment uses exercise to improve physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being. Each class is led by a martial arts instructor and an ABA therapist. We encourage individuals to expand beyond their limitations and reach their greatest potential through the use of warm-ups, basic drills, fundamentals, and most importantly, fun. This is martial arts for all abilities.
