Donna Sirianni

Donna Sirianni, owner of Moving Forward Seminars, now offers in-home “design your life” workshops. As a former middle and high school teacher and a mother of three, Sirianni is all too aware of how difficult it is to juggle everything as a busy parent and wants to help inspire others to redesign their lives.

Sirianni will come to your home and help you host a “design your life” party, in which “you are investing in you.” Sirianni will facilitate the one-hour fun, informative, and interactive workshop for you, your friends, and family, where participants can create their own support group. Seminars are tailored to the group’s particular needs and can cover a range of topics including developing a positive mindset, balancing work and personal life, negating the negative, managing stress, and setting goals. Sirianni aims to help you find your center, live a more fulfilling and meaningful life, and make you feel like you’re in control of your life.

Starting Aug. 15, Sirianni will host seminars on creating a positive mindset. The seminar will be held at the Equinox gym in Woodbury on Thursdays, from 7-8pm. (Register for this seminar by emailing Sirianni or calling 516-308-7783.)

Sirianni recently went through her own major personal transition and can connect with others who are going through similar trying periods. Her workshops help people open up and apply what they learn to their lives. Sirianni also writes bimonthly blog posts on her website about topics relevant to personal development.
