Future Stars Summer Camps

Future Stars Summer Camps offer weekly sports and specialty day camp programs on campus at The College at Old Westbury. Summer 2015 camps will run from June 29th – August 21st. Programs run Monday to Friday 9am-4pm. Programs are directed by experienced and qualified teachers and coaches who share a passion for working with children. Camps are offered to boys and girls entering grades K-12. Available Sports programs include Basketball, Soccer, Tennis, Multi-Sports, Baseball, Swim, Lacrosse, Volleyball, and Horseback Riding. Available Specialty programs include Circus Arts, Magic, Dance, Multimedia, S.T.E.M Education, Drama, and Rising Stars.

The College at Old Westbury location is a wooded 600 acre campus located in Nassau County, Long Island. The Clark Athletic Center at The College at Old Westbury includes Jackie Robinson baseball and softball complex, 6 all weather tennis courts, hitting walls, full-sized training fields, basketball courts, outdoor volleyball courts, mini-tennis grass courts, collegiate sized heated pool, 3 full gymnasiums, racquetball courts, Panther Pride video and recreation area, game room, newly renovated locker rooms and athletic training room. It also includes an air conditioned cafeteria, Maguire Theater, Recital Hall and classrooms. The camp also features the Big Kahuna Waterslide, GaGa Ball Pit, Inflatable Sports Arena, 150ft Slip’n’Slide, and 9- hole Soccer Golf Course

Meet the Camp Director

David Stapleton returns to direct and over�see all aspects of Future Stars Day Camps at The College at Old Westbury. He brings more than 15 years of coaching and camp experience and holds a B.A. (Honors) in sports studies and coaching from The University of Edinburgh. He is an active soccer coach throughout the year with the LIU-Post Men�s Soccer Program, NSCAA Coach�ing Academy, and the Junior Roughriders. His credentials and experiences make him uniquely qualified to direct the diverse sum�mer camp program that Future Stars offer for boys and girls in grades K-12.
