Haunted Halloween Carnival - Puppetry Arts

Indoor Event - Rain or Shine. $1 games/activities/snacks, $2 haunted house, $3 bounce house. Wham-O Toys sponsored Costume Contest at 3:30pm for all ages. Meet Snoopy, Sandy the Seagull, and Star Wars Costume Characters. First 200 kids get trick or treat bag with goodies.
Annual Children’s Halloween Parade - Park Slope Civic Council
October 31, 2009 - Brooklyn
The festivities begin with Friends of Washington Park “Howl-a-Ween” Pet Parade, Noon – 3pm. All proceeds from the $10 registration fee will support maintenance and programming in Washington Park.
At 4pm the Park Slope Civic Council Halloween Costume Contest will take place in front of the Secondary School for Law, Journalism, and Research. After the contest, there will be a musical performance by Ethan’s Motley Rockin’ Show.
The parade begins at 6:30pm on the corner of 7th Avenue and 14th Street. Parade route: continue north on 7th Avenue, turn left on 3rd Street, cross 5th Avenue, and end at the Old Stone House on the Washington Park field, where the revelry will continue until 9pm.
