Description: Recent hurricanes and super-storms have caused many trees to topple over or lose parts of their canopies. Scientists predict an intensification of such extreme weather events and conditions. International tree expert Frank Buddingh will teach participants how to support the overall health of trees, and to look for 'signatures' - the subtle signs that often indicate a tree needs structural attention. Early recognition of these 'signatures' allows us to take adequate measures to care for trees before weather brings disaster to trees and properties. Learn how to care for and protect the trees on your property. Program includes an illustrated talk and outside walk to study GNC trees. Raindate: Sunday, April 14 at 2pm.
