Description: Enjoy this special holiday event from two-time Drama Desk nominee Parallel Exit, which showcases phyiscal comedy, the newest, oldest, art form. Harkening back to the days of vaudeville, this troupe packs more entertainment in a single show than a three-ring circus. An ensemble of 5 present a wide range of old-fashioned family entertainment, from tap dance to live music to slapstick comedy.
Parallel Exit’s work is inspired by the films of Buster Keaton and Charlie Chaplin. They have toured across the United States, Canada, Europe, and Asia, to great critical acclaim.
The company has received two Drama Desk nominations for Unique Theatrical Experience and a “Spirit of the Fringe” award from the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
“Featuring enough slamming doors, pratfalls, songs, magic tricks, tap-dancing and slapstick to fuel a dozen shows.” – The New York Post
“They can get laughs simply by breathing.” – The New York Times

The theater's programming features diverse media and forms of art. The QTP hosts dance and theater productions as well as special programs, including those focused on multiculturalism. For children, the theater offers unique series and great deals on tickets.
