Our licensed pediatric occupational therapists work with your child to design an intervention that addresses their strengths and difficulties in participating in daily tasks. Certain areas of focus may include fine and gross motor skills, which include use of hands for self-help skills, grasping a pencil for handwriting, or enhancing overall strength and endurance. Visual motor skills include handwriting legibility and awareness of sizing and spacing of letters. Sensory processing skills include focus and attention. These skills will promote independence and development for children to function and socialize in their environment.
