Children can enroll in My Gym classes without any prior gymnastics experience.

My Gym Fresh Meadows, a gymnastics center open to children ages 3 months to 12 years old, now has two non-competitive traveling tumbling teams—one for ages 3-5, one for ages 5-11. The classes for the team incorporate learning gymnastics skills as well as dance routines. The team has a number of performances throughout the year.

“My Gym is non-competitive and doesn’t matter what experience a child has, they are taught different gymnastics and everyone participates in the show at the end,” says Meredith Coleman, director at My Gym Fresh Meadows.

Children can participate in their favorite gymnastics based activities, including vault, tumbling, balance beam, trampoline, and more. The new fall class schedule begins Sept. 10, and My Gym offers children a free trial class before enrolling. Younger children can be enrolled in classes such as “Mommy and Me,” while older children can participate in more hands-on gymnastic activities. All ages are welcome to join with no prior gymnastics experience needed.

My Gym also offers birthday parties and summer camps. My Gym provides decorations, games, activities and other party supplies. The camp at My Gym includes gymnastics, crafts, music, and fitness fun with different activities each day.
