Special Kids Intervention Program/TIPSE is a special education program, providing NYS Core Learning Standards to developmentally delayed children. Utilizing an experiential mode of instruction, this program, in Howard Beach, provides instruction in small classes overseen by special education teachers. Each child’s individualized needs are met through a team of educators, speech, occupational, and physical therapists, and a social worker and psychologist. Parent involvement is a central part of our curriculum, and we would welcome your visit to our program to observe the exciting work that we are doing with the children.
